Yes! Artitians provides India’s most comprehensive home warranty, covering modular systems. 

2. What product/s are included in the Artitians warranty?

3. How can I claim a warranty?
You can submit your warranty claim by emailing us at [email protected]. Alternatively, you may also raise a request through an authorized Artitians representative.

4. What are the prerequisites for the Artitians warranty?
To ensure warranty validity in case of repairs, you must have either:

      A digital or physical proof of full payment

      A signed handover document from the time of installation.           

5. What if I lose my invoice or Artitians Warranty e-book?
No worries! If you misplace your customer contract or Artitians Warranty e-book, you can retrieve the information by contacting Artitians customer support

6. Can I renew my warranty once it expires?
No, we currently do not offer warranty renewals or extensions after the coverage period ends.

7. Will I be charged for services after my Artitians Warranty expires?
Yes. We are happy to provide after-sales services even after your warranty period ends. While service charges will be minimal, any material replacements may incur additional costs prevailing in the market on the date of replacement.

8. Are customized products covered under the Artitians Warranty?
No, customized products offered by Artitians are not covered under the Artitians Warranty.

9. Are decor products and accessories covered under the Artitians Warranty?
Coverage for decor products and accessories depends on the manufacturer’s warranty. Please consult an authorized Artitians representative to confirm the specific warranty period for any product.

10. How should I report damage to Artitians?
Any defects, such as visual damage or malfunctioning components, must be reported within three days via email at [email protected]. Failure to notify us within this period may void your warranty.

11. What governs the Artitians Warranty?
The Artitians Warranty is backed by a rigorous 146-point quality standard applied at various stages, including manufacturing, delivery, and installation, ensuring the highest quality for your home interiors.

Artitians Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

Artitians will honour its warranty under the following conditions:

  • The supplied and installed product is properly maintained and used for normal domestic purposes.
  • The product is owned by the original purchaser.
  • The product remains in its original installed position and location.
  • The warranty is still valid, subject to the terms and conditions outlined by Artitians.
2. Warranty Exclusions

The Artitians warranty does not cover:

  • Labour, installation, or transportation costs, nor damages deemed as natural wear and tear on finishes and surfaces.
  • Products used or installed alongside Artitians kitchen, wardrobe, or modular storage, such as electrical and plumbing fixtures, countertops, and appliances. Any misuse or incorrect installation will void the warranty.
  • Cabinets or component parts subjected to alteration, modification, accidents, extreme temperatures, prolonged water exposure, high moisture levels, or the use of harsh cleaning chemicals.
  • Incidental wear and tear, including nicks, scratches, cuts, and abrasions resulting from everyday use.
3. Warranty Limitations
  • Artitians is not responsible for claims arising from defects in materials or workmanship of products not listed under warranty terms.
  • The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage due to improper handling or excessive use.
  • Artitians reserves the right to alter product specifications as part of continuous improvement.
  • No authorized Artitians representative can change or expand the scope of this warranty.
4.Repair & Replacement Policy
  • Repairs and replacements are subject to the current product range at the time of the claim. If a product becomes discontinued, Artitians will replace the affected component with a similar available style on the date of replacement.
  • Customers must notify Artitians within 3 days of discovering a defect via phone or email. Failure to report within this period voids the warranty.
  • The decision to repair or replace any component (in part or whole) rests solely with the authorized Artitians representative, following an inspection. Repairs may be carried out on-site or at the factory, based on the representative’s evaluation.
5. Liability Disclaimer
  • Artitians will make every effort to repair or replace defective products within a reasonable timeframe. However, Artitians is not liable for any direct or indirect losses due to product defects, service delays, or faults arising from design, application, or installation.
  • In no event shall Artitians’ liability exceed the purchase price of the product or its replacement.
6. Warranty Period & Renewal
  • If a modular cabinet or component is replaced during the warranty period, the remaining warranty of the original product applies.
  • Barring components with a lifetime warranty, the maximum warranty period is:
    • 10 years for modular wardrobes & storage
    • 10 years for kitchens
  • The warranty cannot be renewed or extended beyond these limits.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana courts.

Disclaimer
  • Artitians cannot guarantee an exact colour or texture match for replacements due to the natural variations in wood and finishes over time.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by uncontrollable external events, including but not limited to fire, vandalism, floods, or Acts of God.

Customer Responsibilities

1. Ensure Accessibility

    • Provide clear and safe access to the affected area for Artitians authorized representatives to conduct inspections and repairs.

2. Follow Care Guidelines

    • Adhere to Artitians’ care and maintenance instructions. Non-compliance may void your warranty coverage.

3.Permit Access for Repairs

    • Make the property accessible to Artitians authorized representatives for any necessary repairs.

4. Exclusions Beyond Artitians’ Control

    • The warranty does not cover defects resulting from factors outside Artitians’ control, including (but not limited to):
      • Natural calamities (e.g., earthquakes, cyclones)
      • Vandalism
      • Acts of God
      • Abuse or negligence by the customer
      • Normal wear and tear
      • Surfaces contaminated by foreign substances
      • Structural failures or defects in prior coatings
      • Any other external factors

5. Inspection and Testing

    • Artitians reserves the right to inspect and perform tests on the products, either directly or through a nominated third party.
    • Until such inspection or testing is complete, the customer should refrain from making any repairs or altering the product/s.

6. Repair Timeline

    • Artitians  will make every effort to complete repairs promptly but does not accept liability for any delays.

7. Artitians Discretion

    • Artitians retains the right to:
      • Oversee or monitor repairs to ensure compliance with its specifications and instructions.
      • Appoint a contractor or approve a customer-appointed contractor.

8. Limitations of Warranties

    • No other warranties—express or implied—beyond those stated in this document will apply.

9. Site Requirements

    • The customer is expected to provide basic necessities for the Artitians authorised representatives such as a stool or ladder, etc.

10. Repair or Replacement Decisions

  • All decisions regarding repairs or replacements (partial or complete) are made solely by the authorized Artitians representative after conducting an inspection.

11. Obsolete or Discontinued Products

  • Repairs or replacements are subject to current Artitians product offerings. If a product is obsolete or discontinued, a comparable replacement will be provided based on availability at the time of the claim.
 

General Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Commencement

    • The warranty begins on the date the consumer registers the policy with Artitians by sending an email on [email protected] and providing all required purchase and personal details.
    • Registration must be completed within 7 days from the project handover or customer move-in date, whichever is earlier.

2. Warranty Continuity

    • Any claim settlement does not restart the warranty period.

3. Quality Standards

    • The warranty is governed by Artitians’ 146-Point Quality Standards.

4. Inspection & Replacement

    • Artitians will only provide a replacement after a thorough inspection.

5. Alternative Accommodation

    • Artitians is not responsible for providing alternative accommodation during repairs. Customers must arrange their own if needed.

6.Warranty Exclusions

    • The warranty does not cover defects arising from:
      • Natural calamities (earthquakes, cyclones, etc.)
      • Vandalism
      • Acts of God
      • Customer negligence or misuse
      • Normal wear and tear
      • Contaminated surfaces
      • Structural failures or previous coating defects
      • Any other external factors

7. Inspection & Testing Rights

    • Artitians reserves the right to inspect, test, and verify claims before any repair or replacement.
    • Customers must not alter or attempt repairs before an official inspection.

8. Repair Timeline

    • Artitians will strive to complete repairs promptly but does not assume liability for delays.

9. Repair Control & Contractor Selection

    • Artitians has sole discretion to:
      • Monitor/control all repair work per its standards.
      • Appoint or approve a contractor for repairs

10. Warranty Execution

  • Artitians will coordinate with its Brand Partner to process valid repair or replacement requests.

11. Additional Charges

  • Any additional work beyond fixing the defect is chargeable and to be paid by the customer.

12. No Implied Warranties

  • No additional warranties exist beyond what is explicitly stated in this document.

13. Legal Action & Disputes

  • No legal or arbitration proceedings can begin before completing the full evaluation process, or the warranty will become void.
  • Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
  • Both parties must keep all dispute details confidential.

14. Site Requirements

  • Customers must provide the Artitians team with basic necessities (e.g., stool/ladder, bucket, and water).

15. Repair Decisions

  • Final decisions on repairs (partial or complete) rest solely with Artitians’ authorized representative.

16. Dismantling & Relocation Costs

  • Customers must cover the cost of dismantling, reassembly, and relocation if required.
  • Artitians will use protective coverings where necessary.

17. Non-Transferable Warranty

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

18. Obsolete or Discontinued Products

  • If a product is discontinued, Artitians will replace the component with a similar available style.

19. Warranty Validity Requirements

  • To claim warranty, the customer must:
    • Pay the full contract price.
    • Keep a copy of the original contract/invoice.
    • Allow Artitians’ representatives access to perform repairs.
    • Contact [email protected] for any issues.

20. Exclusive Remedy for Warranty Claims

  • Artitians may choose to:
    • Repair or replace the defective product/component.
  • Not covered under warranty:
    • Labor costs for original installation/removal.
    • Costs for repainting, refinishing, or reinstallation of other materials.

21. Liability Limitations

  • Artitians does not guarantee exact color or texture matching.
  • No claims will be accepted unless submitted in writing within 3 days of discovering the defect.
  • Customers cannot file legal claims after one year from the defect discovery date.

22. Disclaimer of Warranty

  • This is the only express warranty provided by Artitians.
  • All other implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
  • Artitians is not responsible for damages resulting from delays in claiming the warranty.
 

23. Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty remains valid only if:
    • The product is used under normal conditions and with reasonable maintenance.
    • No unauthorized repairs or modifications are made.
    • The defect is not due to misuse, negligence, abnormal wear, or natural disasters.
